The Materbuilt Electric Smokehouse smoker is created out of powder coated steel from outside and two and a half cubic foot inside that has four racks for smoking purpose. This makes me cook a huge variety of dishes ranging from fish to chicken and even vegetables. Time and temperature being controllable using the push button especially provided for digital control. This temperature can be set from 100 to 250 degree Fahrenheit. Apart from the digital control for temperature it also has a digital timer and a control panel which is digital.

When I bought this product I wasn’t really sure about the performance of the smoker but I am really impressed by its features. The smoker comes with an air damper so that I can control the amount of smoke to make delicious barbeque. Also I find loading the side tray with wood chips very easy. Most important it is very easy to clean the grease pan that is available at the back side. Hardiness being the only loop hole in the design, the advantages of the electric smoker clearly makes it an excellent smoker. The product is properly insulated and with self experience I can say that the temperature inside the case is consistent and doesn’t depend at all on the outside temperature. This ensures consistency in preparing dishes at home using this electric smokehouse smoker.
